Our HOA's purpose is to maintain all common areas and to govern the KBE community in accordance with the provision of the following legal documents: Articles of Incorporation. CC&R's, and Bylaws.

YOUR VOTE COUNTS

KBE HOA Annual Meeting

A minimum of 66 2/3%
of the HOA membership, recognized as a quorum,
must be established at the
annual meeting to effect change through a majority vote.
