The KBE HOA has adopted Architectural Guidelines for making changes to the exterior of your home to maintain the aesthetic value and integrity of our community.

MAKING EXTERIOR CHANGES
   Lot and/or exterior home improvement plans must be submitted to the Board at least 30 days    prior to the commencement of any construction or modification. No construction or modification    shall commence until written approval of the Board is obtained.

   Use this form to request the Board to review your lot and/or exterior home improvement plans    requiring approval according to the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) governing    the KBE HOA.

CITY OF RICHARDSON BUILDING PERMITS
   Homeowners are reminded that any repairs, remodeling, and/or additions you are considering    may require City building permits. As a general rule, if there is a contractor doing the work, the    contractor should obtain the City permit. If you are doing the work, then you are responsible for    obtaining the City permit.
