Breckinridge Recreation Center Public Input Meeting
January 26 at 7:00 pm at Miller Elementary.
The City of Richardson and the City of Murphy have funded a study to determine the feasibility of building a joint-city recreation center at Breckinridge Park. They are seeking citizen input for the design and use of this potential facility. This is a great opportunity to be involved in planning the recreation center in our area!

These meetings are open to residents of KBE HOA only and will be held at the Excalibur address as long as it is possible to accommodate the number of residents attending. STAGE 3 WATER RESTRICTIONS
Mandatory Water Conservation
Effective: November 1, 2011 until TBD

On Sept 28, 2011 the North Texas Municipal Water District announced it was requesting all its member cities to implement State 3 water conservation measures effective November 1, 2011. - Irrigation Schedule: 2 times per month until further notice
- Water days determined by address:
Even Address #'s = 1st and 3rd Saturdays
Odd Address #'s = 1st and 3rd Sundays
- There can be no lawn watering between the hours of 10am and 6pm
- House foundations may be kept moist with a water hose or soaker hose as necessary to prevent damage.
- Violators could be fined up to $2,000 for failing to follow water conservation measures.
